Comprehensive audit trail and logging
TelUPay’s system automatically creates an audit trail for each transaction occurring in the system with date, time, transaction type, the amount of the transaction, user-id stamp and other pertinent information necessary for a complete accounting of the transaction. This ensures that all actions done by the administration system is logged and can be easily monitored by the administrator of the system.
Built-in maker, checker and security processes
This allows TelUPay’s clients to incorporate double-checking in the process by allowing one person to make an entry and another to verify it. This is to prevent the creation of dummy accounts, dummy biller accounts, dummy merchant accounts, etc.
User Access Security
All users of the administration system will require a username and a password to log on the system. Each user will only have the rights to access certain permissions/functions that was configured for the user by the system administrator.
Comprehensive mobile account management system that gives the user control of the following functions; account termination, account suspension, account activation (enrollment) and account information.
Scalable client branch management system; can work as a system connecting multiple clients with their own branches (multi-client system) or as a system connecting a client with its own branches.
TelUPay’s biller/merchant management system gives the user the control of creating and managing new billers and merchants.
TelUPay designed an easy to use and comprehensive reporting module. With TelUPay’s reporting tool, reports can be generated on the fly. All the user has to put in is the date and time, type of transaction, and click a button.
